Contribute
Each of us has the opportunity to contribute our time, talent and treasure every day. We offer all readers the opportunity to join us in our collaborative effort to improve the care of individuals with advancing serious illness and those heading toward the end of their life. Your contribution is valued and appreciated, particularly as we move from a patient/family focused, Rochester-based Web site to a site that meets the needs of both the patient/family, health care and other professionals statewide. There are a number of ways to contribute to this community website.Ways to Contribute
Share a Story or a PicturePatients can truly live their life to the fullest, even as they approach the end of their life. While we may have our own experiences with pain and with seeing someone we know suffer and/or die, we likely also have strong feelings about these experiences and what we found helpful. Please share your story, in your own words or expressed in other art forms (e.g. share a picture), so we might provide these stories for others. |
Provide Additional ResourcesIn an effort to always provide accurate and up to date information, please provide us with information about other resources – Web sites, books, published and unpublished research and articles etc. that we should include on this site. We are pleased to include information from across New York State and to link with other appropriate Web sites. Additionally, if you find information on the site that is outdated or inaccurate, please let us know. Our objective is to be a repository of community information on this topic. Please note that we do reserve the right to limit what is included on the website. To update information or to submit new material, contact Patricia Bomba, MD. |
Donate NowDonate now using our secure online donation form. Contributions to compassionandsupport.org are accepted to allow us to continue to educate and empower patients, families, health care and other professionals. The ultimate goal is to make a difference in the quality of life for seriously ill patients and their families. |
Thank you for your contribution of time, talent and treasure.
