The inaugural "National Healthcare Decisions Day" was a huge success. Continue to join Americans across the country to talk to others about your future healthcare decisions and to complete your advance directive. National Healthcare Decisions Day 2008 recognizes your decision matters! We encourage our collaborators to join us as participants in this ongoing community-wide effort.
