MOLST Conference 2005
Excellus BlueCross BlueShield offered Honoring Patient Preferences, the Role of MOLST on November 11-12, 2005, in Rochester, NY. In total, 104 people attended the conference, representing 63 organizations from every region in New York State. A training syllabus was created to guide participants through the appropriate use of the new MOLST form, implementation guidelines in a number of different facilities, and to further education them about the
