EMS MOLST Training
Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment - Professionals
The MOLST EMS Training is specifically designed to provide an overview of the MOLST Program and MOLST Comprehension for First Responders and EMS Personnel.
The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) revised the MOLST for (DOH-5003) in June of 2010 to make it more user-friendly and to align the form with the procedures and decision making standars set forth in the Family Health Care Decisions Act (FHCDA).
In light of this, some sections of the EMS MOLST Training are obsolete and under revision.
